Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled second-floor, three-bedroom condo with Gulf views from the back balcony. New furniture, marine life decor and fresh paint on the walls set this condo apart from the others. Feel right at home with a full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six. Relax or gather in the living room comprised of a couch, that folds out to a sleeper sofa, or two matching armchairs and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony to soak up the ocean air while taking in views of the shared amenities such as the pool, picnic tables, charcoal grill, volleyball and basketball courts and the path to the boardwalk. Back inside, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) which consists of a King bed, nightstands, chest, wall-mounted TV, closet and a chair to read a book beside the large window. The first hallway bathroom is made up of a granite vanity and a large, tiled shower with a glass enclosure. The guest room (BR2) offers a Queen bed, chest, closet and TV. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) comprised of a Twin bed, a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin pull-out trundle. There is plenty of space to stretch out and play or watch the wall-mounted TV. These rooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall with granite vanity and tile tub/shower. All bedrooms are supplied with smart TV's. Walk over the boardwalk for a day at the beach, come back and cool off in the shared pool. This complex is approximately 1.2 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and closed at night.
