There's something for everyone—from Fun (air hockey, calf roping, corn hole, board games, etc.) to Relaxation (high-speed WiFi, 60 inch Smart TV, in-home Massages) to Convenience (close to everything!). A full kitchen, outdoor grill & coffee bar await your arrival. Kid & Dog friendly!

- Both bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioner and body soap. A Poopourri spray bottle also sits atop each commode!

For your peace of mind, the property is fully-fenced and offers off-street tandem parking in our gated driveway. A security system is also in use. We have three exterior cameras for our property, as it's vacant from time-to-time. Cameras cover the front porch (doorbell camera), front yard and back yard. The Nest doorbell blinks white when activity is detected.

Government Hill is one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. This tightly-knit community is close to EVERYTHING Downtown: Pearl, the Alamo, Riverwalk, Convention Center, San Antonio Zoo, Museums, Trinity University, UIW, Alamo Heights, the AT&T Center & more! It's less than 9 minutes to the Airport, without traffic.
It's integrally linked to Fort Sam Houston; in fact, you can often hear "Taps" from the front porch. Most Government Hill residents have owned their homes for generations; ours is the only rental on the block. The neighborhood is a mix of old historic mansions, newly updated homes (like ours), and some that are in need of TLC.
