Salty But Sweet is the perfect, dog friendly, home for a family beach getaway! You can relax and enjoy your stay in a spacious, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, family style coastal home with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home can sleep up to 16 people. It has a fenced outdoor space for entertaining, a cargo lift, and neighborhood beach access for pedestrians and golf carts is very close by! Up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $200 per stay.
The house is equipped with Starlink Internet and Wi-Fi is available for streaming your favorite music or TV apps. Starter supplies included are paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry soap, and trash bags. A few coffee pods, tea bags, ground coffee, and filters are also included to get you started.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances and is fully stocked for cooking, baking, and dining. The dining room has a large dining table and plenty of seats for everyone to sit together and enjoy a meal. A high chair is available for tiny vacationers to use as well.

You will have access to a portion of the garage that has an extra fridge, microwave, blender, beach chairs, cornhole boards and other outdoor games. A 65” Smart TV and soundbar are located in this room. If you aren’t watching the TV, connect your device to the soundbar for audio. The area under the house is fenced and has a shower and sink. The park style grill is located on the back side of the house and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy an outdoor dinner after a fun day at the beach. You must provide your own charcoal. You must have a Bolivar Beach Sticker to park any vehicle on the beach, including golf carts. These are available for $10.00 at The Big Store or most local gas stations. These are good for the entire year in which they are purchased.
