Welcome to Sea The View Beach House, where your beach oasis is just a click away! With a fully equipped kitchen, meticulously landscaped grounds complete with kids playset, gas grill, dedicated 6 car driveway, and a deck that goes on for days, you’ll be living your best life- beachside style! This beachside beauty has easy access to the beach or stay put and relax on the expansive deck! If you’re looking for a sweet retreat, renewal sanctuary, romantic getaway, or a fun vacation the whole family will love, Sea The View has got you covered- and then some!
Easy Check-in/out:
Must be 25 to book your getaway. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11:00 am. We offer easy, contactless check in. A smart lock that will provide a new code for every booking.

The beach house sleeps 8 comfortably. The house has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds.
Streaming Services and Wifi
Wifi is available on the property. Feeling like getting cozy after a long day at the beach? No problem! Kick back and relax! The master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room have smart TVs that all have Rokus for easy entertainment access. Or, feel free to use your login to access Netflix, Hulu, peacock, and HBO Max.

House Rules
We understand mistakes happen. If anything is broken let us know asap!
The bunk bed weight limit is 200lbs. No jumping on the bunk beds.
No parties allowed
No Pets allowed
No smoking on the property allowed
During the summer, quiet time begins at 11:00 pm
Absolutely NO SMOKING
Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
Do not leave any food out that will attract unwanted pests
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registers guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. PLEASE CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE
If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the sand shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
Do not pour grease down the drains.
DO NOT PARK UNDER THE HOUSE. Park only on the concrete driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle.
If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (We understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact us so we can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
Please lock door upon departure.
If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.

Check Out Process
Check out is at 11:00 am to ensure the property is appropriately cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next guess. We ask that you so kindly place dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher, strip beds, and take out the trash

At Sea The View the fun never stops. Whether you want to spend some quality time with the family inside, or take everyone outdoors- we’ve got your entertainment needs covered! Feeling like staying in- head on over to the kids room for a Pac Man game. More fun options in the living room include a hearty collection of board games. If you feel like taking in some seaside air, step outside where you’ll find the expansive deck and twin size porch bed swing. Feeling some friendly competition? Head on downstairs to play a game of Corn Hole or Jumbo JENGA. And when it’s time to just kick back and relax, choose from a variety of tables, chairs and lounge options. At Sea The View Beach House we make you comfortable- just choose your destination!

A sliding gate with a latch has been added to the deck to enclose the top deck.
Bulldog hardware privacy door chain added for extra security with parents of little kids.
There is a security camera pointed at the garage and entrance of the double-deck staircase.
All windows and front door have either blinds or curtains for privacy.
