Welcome to "A Family Tradition!" This serene and airy 3 bedroom/2 bath beach cottage boasts beautiful gulf views from the oversized deck, living room and kitchen!! Kick back and watch the waves while relaxing on the deck, large living room sectional sofa or while preparing dinner in the fully stocked kitchen!
Inside the home, the kitchen and open living and dining area are perfect for entertaining family and friends. There are 4 tv's in the home (3 smart tv's and an additional tv with Dish network). The Primary bedroom is spacious with a generously sized walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and King sized bed. An additional Queen size air bed with platform and pump can be found in the Primary bedroom closet. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed. A Full over Full size bunkbed is located in the third bedroom. In the hallway just outside the second and third bedrooms you will find a secondary bathroom with a tub and shower. Easy contactless check-in with Schlage encode door lock. No long codes or lockboxes to deal with!
Located in the quieter Dunes subdivision, this home is only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. There is direct beach access through the golf cart/walking path located at the end of the street. Grab some beach toys from the deck box down stairs and you're ready to go! Take a leisurely stroll, swim in the ocean, go shark tooth hunting, build sandcastles or relax the day away with a cold drink in your hand and your toes in the sand! When you return from your day at the beach enjoy the use of the outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Head upstairs to enjoy the ocean views from the huge deck. Downstairs, grill some burgers on the charcoal barbeque pit and have your dinner at the picnic table. Play a game of cornhole or relax on the porch swing while enjoying the breeze from under the house.
The ocean views, numerous amenities and cute coastal decor and furnishings throughout should help you to relax, unwind and enjoy some much needed time with one another. We hope you make visiting a "A Family Tradition" just that, a family tradition!

Check in is at 4pm, check out 11am
Minimum age to rent is 25. Proof of government issued ID may be required. No parties. No smoking on premise. Max guests 10. No pets are allowed on property. For safety a security camera is downstairs. Please be respectful of neighbors and posted speeds in neighborhood. Additional cleaning fees and/or forfeiture of refundable deposit will occur if check out, cleaning instructions or house rules are not adhered to. Violation of policies, dangerous or obnoxious behavior will result in revocation of rental.
A fully refundable damage deposit of $250 is required.
Getting around and places to go:
Golf carts are available for rent locally and are a fun way to get around the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby as well as grocery and souvenir shops. Driving your vehicle on the beach will require a one time, $10 beach permit sticker that is good for the whole year. Parking stickers can be purchased at The Big Store, Valero, or from a beach parking attendant.
