A beautiful family history home. Located just in the desirable neighborhood near the pearl, downtown San Antonio, saint mary's strip, this cozy home has 2 bedrooms, two full baths, beautiful common areas, and a great front porch. Great for long-term stays, 30 days or more.
Located in a calm and safe neighborhood, it includes open and airy common living/dining/kitchen areas and full baths. There is parking in an empty lot next to the house and you can park there, or you can park in front of the property (street) if you have more cars. features an open floor plan with 2 rooms with 1 queen bed each and 1 additional foam twin-side mattresses that can be easily placed in the living room, allowing to accommodate two more people to sleep including the couch. You will have access to TVs with Netflix.

This location is very well located in the city. You are located near saint's marys strip, the newly established historic pearl, and downtown. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with a lot of historic character and architecture around the neighborhood.
There is parking in an empty lot next to the house and you can park there, or you can park in front of the property (street) if you have more cars.if you don't have a car, you can also use rideshare which will be relatively inexpensive and convenient due to our central location.
