• The Space
INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior with brand new everything! 65” Smart TV with streaming services (bring your own passwords!) in the living room, Uno and various other board games available to entertain. Three spacious couches for ample seating.
BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms feature queen size beds and 43” Roku TVs. The fourth. bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (twins over fulls) and a 43" Roku TV. There are hangers and luggage racks in each closet for your convenience.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, cookware, cooking utensils, cooking spices, knife set, blender, drip/k-cup coffee maker, toaster, eating utensils, and dinnerware. We provide some k-cup pods to get you started!
OUTDOOR SPACE: front patio w/ table + chairs for 6. This area is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The area under the house features a picnic table, charcoal grill, & corn hole.
Guest access
Self check-in with smart electronic key box. Code will be provided the a couple days before check-in. You will have access to the entire home minus owner's closet (located off of the laundry room, please do not tamper with this door).
• Other things to note
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: There is private beach access for the neighborhood just a 2-minute walk from the house. We provide a wagon to easily haul your stuff to the beach and some beach toys for your little ones!!
GENERAL: The house is on stilts, so there is a flight of stairs to get up to the front door. Plentiful natural light throughout. Free high-speed Wifi.
PARKING: There is parking for 5-6 cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street.
CLEANING: A starter pack will be provided with all stays that includes laundry pods, dishwashing pods, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Washer & dryer are provided. Beach towels can be found in the cabinet above the washer & dryer.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather, weather-elated issues, or natural disasters. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It is relatively inexpensive and protects you against unforeseen circumstances.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but we limit them to two dogs per reservation. Please keep them off the beds and couches. They must be crated when left at the house alone. A $50 per night pet fee applies. Please add your dogs to the reservation (same place that you add your number of guests). Additional fees may be charged after your stay if there is damage or excessive cleaning is required (such as mud on the couches or comforters).
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am.
★ NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ★
The house sleeps a maximum of 10 people. And since it is on a septic system, we do not allow more than 10 people in the house at any time, including during the day. This will cause wear-and-tear on the septic.
★ BOOKING DETAILS ★
We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent. ID verification is required.
Any violation of these rules could result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Note: The property has exterior cameras in use for your safety and for the security of the property. One is a Ring doorbell by the front door and the other is a Ring floodlight camera over the driveway.
The two cameras are working 24/7 and for security purposes.
