Enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Livingston from the spacious deck of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Onalaska family home. Our water view getaway offers two large bedrooms and a fabulous bunk room that will sleep up to 10 guests. The primary suite features a king-size bed with a private bathroom. There are two queen-size beds in a spacious second bedroom with access to a linen closet, a washing machine, and a dryer for our guests to use at their convenience. The bunk room offers additional sleeping space with comfort in mind for guests of all ages. The living room has a 55" Roku TV, and the back bedroom has a 50" Roku TV on a portable stand. The open kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect space for families and friends to gather while on vacation. Our property is equipped with a propane grill located on the deck.
Wake up, ready to play on the water, or enjoy the breeze under the beautiful pine trees surrounding the property. There is a boat launch conveniently located across the street from the property, where guests can launch their boat (𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴) and fish off the pier, which can be seen right off the porch from the house. Don't feel like cooking? JR's restaurant & bar are also within walking distance! The fire pit is perfect for unwinding and relaxing as the sun sets, and your precious pets will surely enjoy the fenced-in yard. A propane grill is located on the deck.
Under the Pines on Lake Livingston is a completely renovated home that caught fire in September 2023. Before the fire, we successfully rented out our lake home for about a year and a half. Reviews before July 2024 reflect the property before the fire/remodel, but all photos & descriptions on the listing have been updated. During our construction process, the owners of the neighboring lot put up a temporary barbed wire fence. We are in the process of building a more safe and attractive privacy fence on our property. Construction of the fence will be planned between reservations; construction will not take place during guest's time at the house.
