The cottage is located on the second floor and has a private entrance next to the screened natatorium. It has a kitchen, bathroom, and its own washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a private balcony located off of the bedroom. All amenities are within 15 minute walk: grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Although located within downtown, the property is on a secluded 1 acre lot.
The cottage includes access to the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub is located in a shared space, a screened-in building. The pool is not heated but guests are able to heat the hot tub during pool hours.
