Easy access to I-30 and Hwy 59, and for medical personnel we’re a 4 minute drive to Christus St Michael Hospital, 10 min to Wadley.

There’s a roomy walk-in closet, and in the bathroom plenty of counter space and a separate tub/toilet room.
New in January 2022: A separate H/A system and controls; you will not share air with the rest of the house.
The home is centrally located and just 3-5 minutes to Texarkana’s newest shopping, dining and entertainment. Walmart is 3 minutes, Target, Sams, Starbucks and restaurants 2-4 minutes.
