The large yard is perfect for entertaining with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, with a massive new deck with tons of outdoor seating. Walk out the back door and enjoy fishing, kayaking and sliding into the lake from the dock. Bring your Boat and Jet Ski's as this property has a beautiful dock and private on-site boat ramp for easy lake access. Relax in the brand new outdoor hot tub after a long day of playing or fishing on the lake. The large covered patio with Weber Gas grill is perfect for entertaining and family cookouts. The built in bar and seating for 12 provides plenty of space to enjoy dinner right on the water. The patio is equipped with blue tooth speakers so you can connect and listen to your favorite music while enjoying a lakeside meal.
