Here is the ideal getaway for rest and relaxation with something for everyone. This 2900 square foot, two-story house has four bedrooms, and a large well-equipped kitchen. Located on a protected cove a short distance from open water, you can enjoy views of the lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the second-floor and the second-level deck that wraps around the house. House is 20' from lake and boat dock. There are numerous public boat ramps and quiet parks just around the corner.
You can enjoy a game of foosball downstairs on the Shelti Pro III or win at poker on the game table also downstairs with super comfy chairs. There are numerous games for both children and adults. There are two corn hole games in the garage and plenty of room to play. With one 65" Roku TCL and a Samsung 46' TVs one 20" w dvr & Wii, board games, a library of 70 DVDs, Google wireless Internet, and foosball, there is truly something for everyone. We have a portable speaker that will connect by Bluetooth so you can take your music with you.
From the lake house, you can boat east to the Wirtz Dam, south to Horseshoe Bay, or north to Kingsland then go west and explore the Llano River. Lake LBJ has numerous coves to explore.
Splash Rentals of Kingsland delivers AND picks up assorted watercraft. Just Yakin will bring/take additional kayaks. We have 2 x 14 ft and 2 x 10.4 ft kayaks with vests and paddles.
Marble Falls is ten minutes away, with shopping, movies, restaurants, HEB (grocery), and Wal-Mart.
