"Lake people" know how rare and special this location is, being the best waterfront and closest to downtown Austin. With the absolute minimum steps to the water, it is truly a unique find. This lakefront home is great for families and mature groups looking to get away, relax and play on the water. Recently remodeled, this executive home has a beautiful finish out and top of line Wolf & Subzero appliances, TV’s, electronics, and Sonos sound systems in four rooms plus the living room patio. As a plus, the internet is available on the boat dock for those streaming music! Spectacular northern views from every common space and the master bedroom (even the master shower has music!), looking towards the hills of the main basin of the lake. This is the place you want to return to again and again!
This property is serviced directly by the owner and his office management team, providing exclusive local guest management and free concierge. Please enjoy and utilize their expertise for your experience! The owner’s representative will reach out to you shortly after booking, and will continue to be your first point of contact for any questions or requests you have regarding your stay, with additional staff available if needed.
Most importantly the owner has insisted that the house will be Covid-19 ready, meaning that throughout the home CDC recommended cleaning will be done, face masks, anti-bacterial lotions will be in the house, and there will always be a two day “cooling off period” between guests.
***Immediately after booking, we require detailed information regarding number of guests, ages, and familial relationships in order to comply with current City of Austin governmental regulations, house rules and Covid-19 policies.
***A 4-5 day minimum stay may be required for weekends during high season, and summer rates will apply. Five night minimum stays may be required during events and event rates apply. Weekly and monthly discounts are available.
***Absolutely no bachelor parties are allowed at this property, or the hosting of large parties. Please do not contact us if you are a bachelor party.
***If you desire to bring any kind of pet with you, you MUST inquire before booking. If allowed, an additional deposit is required. We will require an accurate description and a picture.
*** If you desire to use the boat dock Hydro Hoists, an additional agreement will need to be signed that includes user instructions and potential additional deposits. Otherwise, there is one open slip available for use.
