The property has a large swimming pool, a brand new 4-6 person hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a large fire pit with 10 chairs and a picnic table. The house has a foosball table for those that want to have fun with friends and family. The back patio has a propane fire pit for calm relaxing nights. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking. The property has a large grassy area perfect for children to run around and play outdoor games.
