This rental unit is a complete, 4-bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, livingroom, dining area, laundry room, and an office area with a hardwired internet connection. This unit is the main house and has another rental attached to the back of it. There is a privacy fence enclosed, shared backyard with a patio, patio furniture, a chimenea, grills, and an outdoor dining area. You have complete privacy except for the shared backyard if the apartment is also booked. It is located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood conveniently located minutes away from Randolph Air Force Base, Ft. Sam Houston, Lackland AFB, Six Flags, SeaWorld, the beautiful downtown Riverwalk, and of course the world famous Alamo.
This property is the main house, and we have another rental apartment attached to the back of the house. You may run into some other guests, or if your traveling group is bigger, both properties can be rented at a special price and the connecting door, which is always secured, will be unlocked, making it a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house.
You will be sharing the driveway. Please park on the left side of the driveway, leaving room for the other guest to park on the right side. There is additional parking in the street. The backyard is shared with apartment guests.
