Welcome to the Frio River Paradise, our New, very Unique and Custom Home located on the banks of the Frio River. Our vacation retreat is perfectly situated on a beatiful 1.6 acre private bend in the Frio. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, newly built Custom Container House. It is totally custom, and well suited for RiverLife, this home has been built from the ground up, and has unique features throughout. It's approximately 2000 sf and will accommodate up to 10 guests. Each Upstairs Room has a "Purple" queen size bed, with private bathroom of which each is stylish in decoration. A queen pullout sofa with Memory Foam mattress. The downstairs bedroom is large screened room, with again a queen size "Purple" mattress and a set of Twin Bunk beds, and sitting area. It is a nice Air Conditioned room to sleep with the large window wall, with the windows open and listen to the river and frogs or watch the Fireflies. Note: Our home is 2 story. There are outdoor stairs to main level. Please consider this if stairs are an issue for your mobility. There is a large 900 sf covered concrete patio underneath the home, well equipped for all your river fun, with large patio table, and lounges to enjoy the shade and breeze, large Gas/Charcoal grill to cook up all your delicious treats. There is also a 300 sf patio/balcony on the 2nd floor with table to enjoy river and hill country views, as well as do some star gazing, the skies are simple gorgeous at night. Our Home is fully equipped and furnished for your needs, all essentials are included in the Rental, including but not limited to all Linens, Towels, Toiletries, cookware, dinnerware, water toys, Kayaks grill, fire pit, and many other items of everyday use for Splashing in the water or cooking a 5 course meal. It's all there for your use. We own approx 150 feet of river frontage, with a white sandy beach area, and green St. Augustine grass area under large Cypress Trees, there is a table, chairs, and hammocks by the river for lounging as well as fire pit. Water depth from 6 inches of rocky bottom, to 6 feet of swimming hole. The fishing is fantastic in the upper/deeper portion of the Frio River. We have fishing and river kayaks available for use, lots of water toys, a rope swing, and of course floats/tubes for lounging in the river and sun. With kayaks its possible to explore much of the river from our location without a pick up service. Our home is very modern with all conveniences, with a private bath for every room,washer and dryer as well, this in not the average vacation rental, this is our personal vacation home, we want it to feel like your home as well. Please feel free to use any and all parts of the property, we just ask that you leave it as you found it. We have planted lush grass, and beautiful flowers, and have well established pecan trees, around the home we have put out wildlife feeders and provide a beautiful area for migrating animals and the local wildlife to visit, pay attention you can see many varieties of birds and animals. Come enjoy the crystal clear spring water of the Frio River, stay a day, week or as long as you like, you will make memories of a lifetime.
