Layout:
The first level is an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating—ideal for cooking and gathering. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, where comfortable seating and a mounted Smart TV create a cozy space to unwind. There is also a furnished office area, perfect for focus work or conference calls. Step outside to your private back deck, perfect for fresh air, relaxing evenings, or a quiet moment to recharge.
On the second level you’ll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each designed with warm tones and plush bedding to ensure restful sleep. There is an en suite bathroom off the primary suite, a hallway bathroom, and a convenient half bath on the main level.

Enjoy the historic downtown, picturesque farmlands, and stunning sunsets on the rolling hills. There’s easy access to all things Nashville for commuters and professionals. An area that’s a peaceful escape for anyone looking to enjoy some southern charm.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
