Welcome to your private 10-acre World Cup retreat 22 minutes from Kansas City's GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. This home includes a main house plus fully equipped entertainment shop featuring open concept sleeping and a built-in game-day setup.
The space
The shop features 2 large screen tvs, pool table, lounge seating, full bathroom, weight section, refrigerator, sleeping space for 6 includes two queen beds and one king. Blackstone, Traeger, gas grill and prep station just outside the shop with outdoor Polywood dining table for 8.
This space is designed for World Cup watch parties, late night hangouts, and group gatherings between matches.
The Main House features three private bedrooms, one which can be converted to a desk space, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, open concept dining, living and kitchen area with large screen tv. Just out the back door of the house, or steps from the shop features an 8 person hot tub with outdoor sectional seating and lounge chairs. A fire table with seating is featured in front of the home. The home has an abundance of natural light. Both shop and home are well lit.
The abundance of outdoor and indoor seating accomodates parties of 12 comfortably. A make up vanity has been added to the shop for additional space to 'get ready' for the day, wardrobe hangers are added to the shop, and coffee Keurig makers for both the home and shop. Walking paths are mowed on the acreage. Cornhole is on-site as well as a pickleball net, paddle and balls.
