The home is yours to enjoy! You have 100% access to the house. We respect your privacy as a guest of our home, however ... lawn service at the house occurs seasonally. We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge.
**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”.
