The space
This property is a duplex with one shared wall. Unit B is just over 1600 SF having been fully renovated in 2018. The large open plan includes a kitchen, dining area, and TV area with sofa and love seat. This all connects directly to a screened in patio which lets out to the salt water pool and deck. (The owner will maintain the pool once a week and keep the gardens in good shape.) The outdoor shower is a dream .. and if you want to play croquet or bocci ball, there is a section of grassy area as well. You have your choice of charcoal or gas grills for cooking outside.

The bedrooms are very different: one large master suite with huge bathroom with travertine floors and an Elfa styled walk in closet. The second bedroom is more standard 10 x 12 size, but it has a large closet and it's own bathroom.

The third room is not set up as a bedroom currently. It's a sunny, carpeted room facing the entrance/street. There is an internet TV ideal for setting up some yoga videos and getting your 'ohm' going. :) It could be set up as an office or nursery if you're traveling with a baby.

NOTE: the pool is not gated in separately; if you have children that cannot swim well, we will have to install alarms on both the sliding doors and master bedroom door to ensure you are alerted whenever the doors are opened.

Location is one lot away from railroad tracks. If you are a very light sleeper the rumble of the passing trains may not be for you. Most people don't seem to mind it.
