Apt is in a 4-plex100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley at the end of a tree-lined dead-end private rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet, yet close to the city. 560sf unit has a 185 sf BR with king bed, 50" smart TV, ceiling fan, & closet; 75sf full bath/laundry; 280sf LR/full kitchen w/ full-size appliances & service for 6, 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, queen hide-a-bed, love seat rocker/recliner w/ console; all wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier. If u like fishing, bring your gear to fish the pond 100' from the apt. There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use. Also a fire pit near the pond with skewers available for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, or whatever. If u don't want to wet a hook or get on the water or roast smores near the water, u can enjoy the gorgeous view of the pond & the serenity of our valley. Unlike the other apartments, this apt has no apt above or below it, nor does it share a common wall with another apt. This apt can be made as dark as a guest wants & is an awesome place to live & sleep, esp during rain. Guests can access & use the entire space. Guests must enter my shop about 4' to reach the steps to the apartment. The shop space is not a part of the apartment though it must be entered to reach the apartment. The apartment has 2 areas separated by an exterior door that is lockable. The door can be left open, closed, or locked. Each area is heated/cooled by its own dedicated "mini split" ductless wall-mounted unit controlled by a handheld remote. The function, temperature, fan speed, & louver angle can all be controlled by the remotes.
