There is so much to do and see, beautiful sand dunes to the north, an amusement park with roller coasters and waterslides. Restaurants right on the beach and a downtown area with breweries, theaters, museums, and social districts. So much entertainment, with festivals throughout the year. This cottage has a great location to it all. If your looking for a place to relax and restore look no further!
Beautiful and remodeled this waterfront cottage is located on all sports Mona Lake with Lake Michigan access. The cottage has over 2000 square feet of living area with 4 large waterfront bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one on each level. The downstairs bathroom has whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and custom glass block walk in shower, the upstair bathroom is located off the queen bedroom and has a standup tile shower. Relax in the outdoor sunken hot tub (open year round) and an additional 800 square feet of multi level decking with gorgeous panoramic views of lake!
Cottage also has a large fully-stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, a 2021 Bennington pontoon boat (available June 1st through Oct 25th, Mona Lake use only), 2 kayaks and a canoe are included with the rental. Enjoy the lake with a waterside deck with attached dock. Enjoy the evenings making memories around the large fire pit and wood is provided. Bring your own boat if you wish the boat launch is just down the street.
