IT WILL SLEEP 4-6 ADULTS WITH 1 QUEEN BED (IN THE BEDROOM), AND 2 TWIN BEDS /1 SOFA SLEEPER/FUTON (IN THE LIVING AREA) . THE KITCHEN HAS ALL YOU NEED - A FULL SIZE FRIDGE, STOVE/OVEN, MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER(S) AND MORE. ENJOY YOUR MORNING COFFEE IN A ROCKER ON THE WRAP AROUND PORCH WHILE WATCHING DEER GRAZE OR JUST LISTENING TO THE MORNING BIRDS SING - ALL WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE RIVER.
