Perfect place for the avid fisherman with kayak launches, boat ramps, and 3 different bay systems all within 15 minutes of each other, Lake Texana is a short skip away also for fresh water fishing. Our local favorites include Lavaca bluff winery near Lolita, Taiyo sushi in Port Lavaca, Bayside seafood, Port Lavaca beach with splash pads for kids and very large piers for outdoor walking and exploring.
