Home built in 1930 that offers an oasis backyard for entertaining up to 20 for dinner….one table seats 14, one seats 8. Outdoor kitchen and a fire pit to relax in evenings. The hot tub comfortably seats 8 and as much as 12 guests. There are two kitchens inside for entertaining a large number of guests for company parties and even bridal or baby showers. We’ve had company Christmas parties with as many as 40 guests but there is a per guest charge for gatgerings more than 10. The house sleeps 10 in bedrooms and 4 more in a previous media room basement that dubs as a 5th bedroom. THIS PROPERTY IS FOR PRIVATE PARTIES and GATHERINGS ONLY AND NOT TO BE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK OR OTHER PUBLIC PLATFORMS. Loud noise and parties should wind down outside BY 10pm BY City Ordinance.
