Welcome to your home away from home! This is our newest rental property in Bertram, Texas. It has been remodeled with new flooring, new paint, brand new appliances and more! It is open, spacious, tidy and tastefully decorated. Located on a quiet 12 acre lot with beautiful countryside views, you will be able to relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Located 15 minutes from Liberty Hill, 10 minutes from Burnet, and 1 hour from downtown Austin. Guests will sleep in comfortable beds with extra pillows. USB outlets are provided in the touch lamps in bedroom 3 and a phone charging station (phone, AirPods, Apple Watch) in bedroom 1. The closets are stocked with hangers and extra duvets and blankets. Two luggage racks, a handheld steamer, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, makeup remover towels, soap, hair dryer and toilet paper. There is a new 65" smart TV in the living room. We do have WiFi, but due to the location, the WiFi is not fast enough for gaming, etc. The WiFi is strongest in the livingroom. Beautiful natural light during the day and a large outdoor patio to watch the sunsets at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, knives, plates, coffee mugs, wine glasses, baking utensils, etc. There is a Keurig coffee maker AND a drip coffee maker. The refrigerator produces ice and provides cold drinking water. There is a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Board games and books can be found in the cupboard next to the dining table. Our goal is to make you feel at home and we are willing to do everything we can to ensure our guests feel comfortable and happy. I work very hard to keep our reviews positive and have done so happily for over 3 years.

This is the perfect location to book if you are attending a Hill Country Bliss wedding! While there is ample parking, there is no garage access.
