Completely remodeled in 2013 and all new beds and mattresses in August 2016, this adorable home on 1/3 acre has a view of Kaw Lake and abuts city land through which you can walk down to the waterfront on a trail through the beautiful woods. Boaters and fisherman will love that the marina is nearby with the city beach and boat launch.
This home includes a third floor private room. Nick-named the 'Eagles Nest' as it has the best views of the lake, is separated from the rest of the home with only an outside stairway to access. It keeps you away from the hustle bustle of the home and includes its own heating/AC, queen bed and full bathroom. It truly is serene.
Due to allergies, NO PETS are allowed.
There are no RV hookups or RV parking at the house.
The house next door will sleep 12 as well, so if you are looking to sleep up to 24 people, please contact us and we can find a date where both houses are available.
