The intricate design of the home’s great room ceilings and extensive lighting add height and volume bringing more light to the space and providing for an open and spacious feeling. A rich new Koa entertainment center also highlights the great room while newly enhanced landscaping adds to the beauty and ambiance. This home offers a chef's dream kitchen equipped with professional 6-burner gas range, wine cooler, "Nespresso" machine, 2 dishwashers, warmer drawer and bar refrigerator among the extensive appliance package. Guest rooms include two primary suites (King), each with tropical outdoor garden showers and a third bedroom (Queen) with a separate private courtyard. All bedrooms include luxurious Four Seasons linens.
Lush landscaping is seen from all rooms of the house. Because of its location and layout, guests will also enjoy lots of privacy with no car or foot traffic to spoil the blue hues of the ocean, viewed just beyond the golf course.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $77 - $175 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $38 - $87 + tax for guest ages 5-13 for 2026. During the Festive Season, 2026, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $237 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $118 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date.
