Pretty stone backsplash, coffee bar area with Keurig and auto drip coffee makers, electric mock fireplace, recessed dimmable lights and great ceiling fans. Primary bedroom has a California King with premium bedding, adjacent full bathroom, grab bars for tub, Quartz counter, upgraded fixtures, large walk-in closet, computer desk, additional work area and patio door leading to the balcony. Queen with premium bedding in secondary bedroom and queen upgraded mattress on custom sleeper sofa with no cushions to remove! A wonderful double balcony with gorgeous views of the Comal River and pool. Upgraded patio furniture with plenty of seating for everyone. Free wi-fi and cable tv. Perfect set up for short term or extended stays. No Smoking. No Pets.

*NOTE - Monthly (30+ Nights) stays will be charged a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit. Please know that this will be added once your reservation has been submitted. You will receive an email with instructions for payment of the Deposit once your reservation has been fully processed.
~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do not offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage fees.
Towels- You will be provided with 8 towels for the duration of your stay.

Wristbands required while on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No additional BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies. There are BBQ grills provided on a first come, first served basis.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm - 7 am. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must be River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No lifeguards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells are not to be blocked by carts, tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture is to remain inside gated pool area. Bring your own lawn chairs to enjoy our grounds.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river, grounds, or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.
