The living space is located on the second floor and all 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths are located on the third floor. Exquisitely decorated (think Restoration Hardware) the main living area features a large open living area, powder bath, dining table that seats 10 and an open kitchen with a huge island, high end appliances and a cocktail bar as well. There is also an office space with desk for those needing to work remotely. You will also find tons of windows, high ceilings, your own elevator and a private balcony facing the beach. The third floor features two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bath and a separate laundry room with sink. Also on the third floor is a serene master bedroom with beautifully appointed master bath and full walk in closet. There is also a small private desk in this area for "working from home" as well.
