5 Bedroom House in Aberdeen
Relax & stay at this fun, peaceful, unique home. This is a wonderful neighborhood, mostly quiet. We are outside of city limits, which frees us to have bonfires & gatherings. Occasionally you may hear neighbors practice shooting on their range. We offer many amenities for nearly everyone to enjoy. On premises there is a Sauna, exercise room w a treadmill, Jacuzzi, walking path, ping pong, volleyball, lrg fire pit, basketball, pool, tetherball, pool table, dart board, foosball, retro game table & playground.
Guests have Full PRIVATE access to the main 1st floor and most areas of lower level. There are a few rooms locked with no access. There are 4 entrances, 3 of which are on the main floor wrap and around deck. The out door wrap around deck has dining, seating areas, BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and twisty slide to lower level. The 4th entrance is on the lower level.
Other things to note
We would love to be your host, but before booking with Shining Light Ranch we would like you to know that WE DO REQUIRE a waiver & liability release to be signed by each guest staying with your group. Children and their ages also listed and signed for.
We do have horses and a mini Donkey on premises as well as amenities that could pose a potential risk.
