We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, Ford Ice Center, One Bellevue Place, Warner Parks, Natchez Trace, Loveless Cafe, Checkwood Estate and Gardens, and Belle Meade Winery. The location is about 15 minutes from Vanderbilt and 25 minutes from downtown Nashville,depending on traffic.
Perfect townhouse for vacation & family visiting in convenient West Nashville, away from the hustle of Broadway (Bellevue is near West Meade & Belle Meade). 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms, each bedroom having its own private bathroom.
The space
This 1,700 sq ft townhouse has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and smart TVs. (There is no basic cable provided. You are welcome to sign into your subscriptions. Please make sure that you sign out upon leaving.)
Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one on the main level and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a smaller person. Plus a half bath on the first floor.
