Summary: The original room that was assigned to me AC was out. Talked to the night staff regarding issue and she reset the system and told me to call if the issue wasn’t fixed. Called the front desk about an hour later and she didn’t offer any solutions over the phone. Told me she would contact her manager to see if we could be moved to a different room. I decided to go down to front desk to figure out a solution and she seem quite reluctant to do anything to help with issue because they were double booked for the next night.
