Guests are a ten minute drive away from boating, fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the beach at Lake Whitney, one of Texas' top lakes. Drive a little further to reach Morgan Lakeside Park and Cedron Creek Park, which provide boat ramps, swimming and hiking trails.
For those who want a little less nature, the cabin has plenty of seating and a full kitchen if you'd rather stay in and relax. Nearby Clifton and Whitney have restaurants for dining and shops for perusing.
As you arrive, you'll see the circular driveway which has plenty of parking for cars and boats. The wrap around porch invites you to relax with your coffee or tea while the sun rises and the deer wander through the property. There is a small, fenced area in the backyard to keep pets and kids contained, while the three (3) acre property offers open views and space.
The great room serves as the center of the cabin, with log walls and a beautiful stone fireplace.
