This chic gem has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the spacious Living Room, the dining area with the full stocked kitchen, the covered backyard patio and the large fully fenced backyard.
1. The spacious master bedroom room has a California King size bed with a Zinus Night Therapy Spring 12’’ Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress. A private work station and the chest stand with a large mirror.
2. Master bathroom has the double vanities, a bathtub with standing shower and a toilet.
3. The private storage room that right next to master bedroom and bathroom is the extra bonus for the guests who have a lot of personal belongings.
4. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 2 are almost identical, each had a queen size bed with the medium firm 12’’ Green Tea Zinus Night Therapy Spring Cooling Gel Memory Foam Hybrid mattress, a work station and the storage closet.
5. The 2nd full bathroom has a single vanity, a toilet and a bathtub with the standing shower.
6. The large Living Room with the modern furnishings, a smart TV for the guests to unwind. It has a queen size sleeper couch, a loveseat and three decorative chairs. The multiple glass windows and the skylight are given the Living Room with the extra natural lightings.
7. The dining room and the kitchen with the open floor concept. The private dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The fully stocked kitchen with all the essential cooking utensils are provided for the guests who want to cook. The dining wares and the basic cooking condiments are provided as well.
8. The covered backyard patio with a set of the dining furnishings (a dining table with 6 chairs), and a set of outdoor sitting furnitures are set up for the guests who enjoy the outdoor livings.
9. The large fully fenced backyard for the guests to enjoy the private open spaces.
Other Things to note:
1. All the bedrooms are installed with 100% light blackout curtains, so the guests can have the better quality of sleep.
2. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Any unauthorized guests will be charge $300/person/occurrence. Any unauthorized pet will be fined $500/pet. Please don’t unplug any electrical devices at the property. If there is evidence of the guests tampering the outdoor security monitors, there will be $500 fine.
3. There is no regular housekeeping and cleaning services during the guest’s stay. The cleaning fee that you paid is for the cleaning and stocking of the house to get ready for your comfortable stay. We will provide the cleaning supplies, they are stored in the garage, please clean after yourself. If there are the excessive stains, dirts and trashes left at the property, there will be additional cleaning fees imposed.
4. The guests are solely responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen items during the stay. For the guests with pets, please clean after your pets. Please don’t bring the pets to the furnitures or beds. If there is the evidence of pet’s hairs on the furnitures and (or) beds, there will be extra $300 cleaning fees applied. Please bring the pet supplies and foods yourself, and keep the pet in the crater or the fenced backyard while you are gone. The guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by the pets.
5. We will provide the basic living necessities (such as toiletries, detergents, cooking condiments and complimentary coffees) for the first week, then it’s the guest’s own responsibility to replenish for the rest of the stay.
6. Please report any damages as soon as you notice, so we can get the replacements in a timely manner.
7. There will be the regular landscaping services during your stay. We will notify you before the landscaping service arrives. Please cooperate with us. Thank you!!
8. If you’re going to travel with a infant, and want us to set up the crib or pack-N-play or (and) high chair, please let us know ahead of your trip, so we can set it up for you prior to your arrival.
9. Please don’t use the white towels to clean the makeups, shoes or vehicles. There will be $25/bath towel, $10/hand towel and $5/wash cloths replacement charge for the excessively stained towel that cannot be recovered and have to be thrown away.
10. Please turn off all the lights, and turn the AC to 76 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer time, and 65 degrees Fahrenheit at the winter time when you are not at the home.
