Welcome to Oleander Place from Rent On Padre! The owners like to call it "The Palace at Sunriseville" This is a gorgeous three bedroom / two bathroom condo located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. This condo sleeps 8. Oleander Place #203 has lots of custom details. When you walk in you will see the dramatic vaulted ceiling in the great room with a custom mural of a beach scene.
Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.
This condo is pretty amazing. You enter it on the second of the building. On the main level you will see the amazing deluxe gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and the living room are open concept, so you will have lots of space. There is a full size bathroom with an oversized shower. On this floor you will also find 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has 2 full size beds. The sofa is also a sleeper sofa.
Walk up the stairs to the master suite. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a double whirlpool tub. You also have a limited view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private master deck. If you are up early enough, you might even catch a glimpse of the sunrise from up here.
