Recently remodeled, cozy and clean home located on the Eastside of the town, very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to nearby stores, restaurants, parks. Has a pretty cool back yard with grill. New stainless steel appliances. Air refrigeration, everything for very nice stay.

Summary: I would rate lower, but I only contacted the owner once during my stay about only one issue upon arrival. That is the only reason I would rather this trip so high. This was an emergency trip from Tucson to attend a funeral, so we did not have a lot of time to deal with submitting/requesting for owner help. We arrived late at night with no arrival instructions from the owner. We didn't realize this was a duplex and the owner sent the address with no unit letter. Owner never apologized for sending the info late at all. We enter the home after finding the iron gate knob falling apart. The main house door code seems to not have changed in a year. The house was smelly with no a/c on at 98 degrees. It was almost 1 am by the time we got the home cool enough to sleep. The home was nowhere near as clean and presentable as the pictures. The backyard is mostly dirt with a strip of weeds near the gutters. Most of the furniture was stained in some way. I even went to the dollar store conveniently nearby to by new bath towels and laundry supplies. The bath towels weren't dirty but they had old stains in them, which I feel should be replaced in a rental. There is no bunk bead anymore. I had to buy new batteries, the front door electronic lock died on us. Luckily my wife was inside the home when it died. It's unreasonable I was charged so much for a cleaning fee and then had to do the cleaning. Like I said we didn't bring up anything but the late directions. The funeral was the priority.
