Hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, brand new full kitchen, bath with walk-in shower, king size bed and new sofa bed with queen sleeper. A gorgeous mixture of new and antique furniture, original artwork and all new kitchenware including brand new pots and pans and cutlery. 65" TV, wifi included, in a secure second floor building, close to the Duck River Park, Grinder Switch Winery, restaurants and designer coffee house within walking distance on the square. This is a lovely, urban environment. There is plenty of street parking but also dedicated parking the back. There's even a new washer/dryer in the apartment. You will be very cozy here. Note: you must be able to walk up 20 stairs as the apartment is on the second level. NO PETS ALLOWED except certified and registered Service Dogs. Maximum occupancy 4 persons (one time $25 additional cleaning/linen fee for additional guests. Additional $20 per person per night over 2 people).
