Guests will be left with to two POA passes for use of these amenities.

The hot tub can be heated a your convenience, making it easy to unwind and soak away in style. Pool can be heated for additional fee if scheduled with host in advance.

Group must be over 25 to book our place. We are in a family friendly neighborhood and need to be respectful of the neighbors. No loud noise or music after 10pm.

*Assumption of Risk: All guests and their visitors assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors in their care when using the pool or hot tub.
