Summary: Our stay was very poor to say the least. The worst was from the young lady who checked us in. After we got to our room we called her on the room phone to ask where the ice machine was located. Her response was that we should go to a gas station and purchase some bags of ice. When I stated I did not ask her that she blurted out that the machine was in the middle of the building. There are three separate building. When I asked why she was being so rude she hung up on me. When I tried to put the TV on I found it would not work. Rather than phone the front desk for another rude encounter with the young lady I checked for the problem myself because of my electronic back round. I found that the HDMI cable from the cable box was not properly installed. I rectified the problem on my own. The young lady at the front desk seemed bothered by us checking in. She was curt and very unclear with directions to our room and where the breakfast area was located. It was clear she did not want to be doing the work she was doing. We would not return tot his hotel based on this person and the condition of the room.
