There are several outdoor electrical outlets with easy access to keep all your boating electronics fully charged. We also provide boat towels to wipe them down! Automatic dusk to dawn security lights around the property for added security. Plenty of parking for your boat & vehicle(s) within view of your room. 2 Charcoal grills & four sided picnic table just outside the door under the covered porch, great for outdoor entertainment. Room 1 has a full kitchen, designed for comfort & convenience. There’s plenty of space in the full size refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, with dining for 4. You’ll find non-stick pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, kitchen towels and dish drying rack. We’ll even provide coffee filters, paper towels & dish soap. Bring your own groceries or shop once you get there. Brookshire Bros. Express and Family Dollar are just down the road. If you don’t feel like cooking you can check out Dairy Mart & Midlake Money Pit BBQ in Broaddus (Both on Hwy 147) In Zavalla, Chubby’s at The Lake offers lots of fishing gear, meats for grilling and they also serve pizza & great BBQ! (On Hwy 147) And check out Eagle’s Nest (Main St) for some awesome food too! There are 2 queen beds, a Futon that will sleep 1 extra person, a nightstand with 2 USB ports & 2 outlets.
