Welcome to Poinsett Perch, located in the Cherrydale area of Greenville, SC.
We are perfectly located for you to explore all the Upstate has to offer, being 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville, Downtown Traveler's Rest, and Paris Mountaint State Park, and only 4 minutes from Furman University!
Enjoy the comforts of this lovely home, complete with a patio and fenced in yard for pets.
Our home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry facility, and an open floor plan. We can't wait to have you!

When guests arrive at Poinsett Perch, they will be able to park in our driveway or on the street. Please note that the detached garage on the property is not available to guests at this time.
A sidewalk leads to the front door of the home, which opens into the living and dining room space.
Our living space features a nod to the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic with a beautiful sofa, 2 armchairs with ottomans, as well as side tables and lamps.
The living room also features a smart TV where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts. We do not provide cable at this home.
Adjacent to the living area is our dining table, accompanied by a long bench and 2 chairs. 3 additional seats can be found at the kitchen peninsula.
Our large U-shaped kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, a toaster, coffee, and so much more-- you should find everything you need to whip up a lovely meal.
Finally, the three bedrooms are located at the back side of the home.
The King Bedroom is located in the back right and features:

The Queen bedroom is in the middle of the home and features:

There is a hall bathroom between these two rooms with a single vanity, toilet, and a large shower/tub combination.
The Twin room is at the far corner of the home, and it leads directly into the laundry room and a large walk-in closet. In addition, it features:

-Nightstand and table lamp
-Small built-in bookshelf
Across the hall from the Twin room is the second bathroom, which features a single vanity, toilet, and stall-style shower.
Our backyard can be accessed from a side-door near the driveway and is fenced in so you can let your furry friends run free.
Right outside this door is a small patio area that has seating for 4 and some decorative lights for you to enjoy the evening with those you love.
Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee, which is charged during or after booking.

We are in a residential area just outside of downtown Greenville
Uber is available, but we recommend bringing your own transportation.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
