**DOCK NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** For boating and more outdoor adventures, Arkansas Bend Park is just 5 minutes away with ramps, day passes, and trailer access—fun for the whole family! Dock & Park Details Our private dock is a peaceful spot to unwind, fish, or take in the lake scenery. **Please note that reaching the dock involves a walk down about three staircases, so guests should be comfortable with stairs. **The boat lift is not accessible for guests. If you’re planning to launch a boat, Arkansas Bend Park offers public boat ramps and lake access. Day passes are required for each guest: $5 per person (ages 13–61) $3 per person (seniors 62+) Free for children 12 and under Trailer permits are $7 per day, which includes boat trailers. The park also features hiking trails, swimming areas, picnic spots, and scenic lake views, making it ideal for family outings.
Highlights include two levels of wrap around porches and during Summer months (Or when lake levels come back up) enjoy private boat dock with an upper sundeck. Feel free to latch your own boat from the private dock to spend fun-filled days on Lake Travis.

The dining table seats eight, island seats 4 but if you want to enjoy the views there’s additional seating on both levels of the wrap around deck

Middle Level — Primary suite has a king bed and a crib for your little one. The en-suite bath has a large tub and a walk-in shower.
Middle Level — Guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a king bed and a second en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

Top Level — Guest bedroom offers a queen and a full size with a sitting area
