Landlord, when available, is open to providing shuttle service to/from casino (at an additional cost).
Guest house is a stand-alone structure that is 870sqft, comfortably decorated, has a full kitchen, high-speed internet/WiFi, cable tv, single covered parking spot, 10 x 10 patio and an adjacent tree-lined yard. Fully furnished with a single queen bed, basic toiletries, daily coffee/cream and oatmeal/muffins provided (donut shop and excellent breakfast restaurant are very close). Landlord is on-site which means any issues are handled immediately.
Looking for a 5-star luxury retreat with a cute name; this ain't it! (wink). However, this is very comfortable, clean, safe and quiet lodgings at an exceptional rate. You might even get to see Bud the Bassett hound; outside only.
