This cozy cutie is the perfect getaway for 2. Tucked away on a quiet, private half acre among beautiful live oak trees, yet only minutes from everything Rockport-Fulton has to offer. Great restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The beach is 7 minutes away by car. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large L-shaped deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a bistro dining set. Relax after a day of fishing or shopping around the firepit under the stars. Inside you'll find wood-look vinyl flooring throughout, tons of natural light, a queen bed with built in storage on either side, a roomy bathroom with a relaxing rainfall shower head in the tiled shower. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, a sink, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. There is WiFi and Roku television. Be sure to bring your boat, the boat ramp is 5 minutes away and there's plenty of parking at the cottage.
