Nice lake yard with fire pit (firewood provided), outdoor speakers, picnic table, outdoor chairs, concrete sea wall/side walk, floating pier with ladder. Outdoor movies available (very cool - outdoor movies next to the fire pit on a summer evening). Modern kitchen with new appliances. Keurig and standard coffee makers. Plus second small kitchen in lakefront room, very cute. Two refrigerators. Several folding tables and chairs. Home theatre with ceiling mounted projector and surround sound. Popcorn maker. Home theatre has four sofas that will fold out with many different options. Three televisions, all with dvd players. Stereo. Wireless internet, theatre room has internet access for Netflix, You Tube etc... Central Air Conditioning, ceiling fans in some rooms, heat available. Several sofas, most fold out to beds, plus rollaway beds, air mattresses, other sleeping options. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows etc... Gas grill with back up tanks. Washer and Dryer.
