Lakeview's Wrigleyville is a lively and vibrant family friendly community that represents one of the Chicago's greatest concentrations of live theater, entertainment and dining attractions and of course the location of Wrigley Field---home to our beloved Cubs! We have six amazing 2, 3 & 5-bedroom apartments. Each one is distinctive, warm & inviting; comfortably furnished & fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home while visiting Chicago. There are two apartments in this building---you can rent them individually or together for as many as 14 guests.
Newport Avenue is a beautiful tree-lined street with historic homes that were built between 1890 and 1930 and originally designed as multi-family homes. We have done our best to preserve the integrity of the grand old Greystone; leaving all the historic charm of the period, while adding some modern amenities. It's a quiet street, so it’s hard to imagine you’re so close to all the bustle and excitement of the neighborhood! Four blocks to the south of historic Wrigley Field 2 blocks east of Southport Ave's unique shops & boutiques and around every corner you will find unlimited dining options live music & entertainment!
