Open and spacious home with panoramic Norris Lake views and mountains in the background. This home is located in Stardust Marina neighborhood.
The home was recently remodeled including new 2-person soaker tub, renovated bathrooms, new flooring, freshly painted, new furnishings and bedding. New leather, reclining sofas in the Great Rm and new sofa in the Lower level with memory foam sofa bed are great places to chill.
Sleep well in the 2 new King Suites on the main level or the bunk room the kids will love. A pack-n-play is available for the little ones. There is room for friends and families to spend quality time together or spread out for some quiet time resting throughout the house.
New stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen make it a great place to cook and entertain.
Enjoy relaxing views from the covered back deck, covered patio, or open deck that stretches across the rear of the house. The fire pit and grill are great for gathering with friends and family to catch up. Get comfy on the porch swing on the covered porch for some peaceful moments.
If you want to stay connected the home is served with fiberoptic internet & strong cell service. (AT&T/Verizon verified). There are desks in both King Suites.
There are 2 King Suites on the 1st floor with direct access to the deck. The kitchen, dining areas and living area are located on the 1st floor as well.
There is a Queen Suite and Bunk Suite on Lower Level with a large Rec Rm and boat themed bar area. The Laundry Rm is located on the Lower Level too. Lower Level sliding glass doors invite you to the covered patio to take in the views.
Boating, fishing, and the marina can be accessed in just a couple minutes. Stardust Marina offers full service marina with great food, live entertainment, boat slip rentals, and boat rentals.
Enjoy hiking and visit the Great Smoky Mountain during your stay. Fall foliage is breathtaking from this home.
Christmas is a wonderful time to gather and enjoy friend and family in this spacious home. The home is decorated for Christmas mid-November through early January. Contact the Owner for details.
The home is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from I-75 exit 122. Groceries, shopping, restaurants and fuel are available at Clinton exit 122. Knoxville is approximately 30 minutes drive. Pigeon Forge is about 75 minutes drive. Southern Ohio is approximately 4 hours away.
