When you walk through the front door on the top level of our home, you'll see our bright, cozy living space to the right and our dining and kitchen area to the left. In the living room you'll find a leather couch and foot stool, two spinning chairs, aHisense Roku Smart TV, a natural wood burning fireplace, a two-top dining table, a fully stocked bar cart and a door leading to the upper deck.
Right outside the kitchen, you'll find our dining table, which seats up to four people. Walk past that and you'll enter our fully stocked kitchen. This space contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked goods, or cup of coffee.
Downstairs, you'll be greeted by a similar layout as upstairs. In the living room to the right, you'll find a green velvet couch, two lounge chairs, a Hisense Roku Smart TV, a natural wood burning fireplace, a small table with four barstoolsand a door leading to the lower deck.
To the left, you'll find another small table, which seats two people. Through the dining area, you'll find our second kitchen, which is also fully stocked with all of the necessary cooking and baking essentials. At the end of the kitchen, you'll have access to our washer and dryer.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our luxury bedrooms.
Upstairs:
(1) Our first bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, large closet, door to upper patio and nearby bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
Downstairs:
(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, large closet and a nearby bath.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and a en suite bath.
Out back, enjoy any of our FOUR outdoor seating areas!
(1) Before entering the front door on the top level of our home, you'll see our first patio. This area has a four-top outdoor dining table, two chaise loungers and a BBQ grill.
(2) The second upstairs deck, which can be accessed through the living room, has four chairs and two chaise loungers.
(3) The downstairs deck has a two-top conversation set, four chaise loungers and direct access to the rest of the yard.
(4) Last, but not least, walk down the stone pathway to access our third outdoor seating area, which has a fire pit and plenty of seating. All have stunning views of the Ozarks!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
