It is 1200sq ft and makes an amazing unit for couples, groups, or families. There are 2 queen beds, and 6 twin beds. The place is 1200 square ft and has one bedroom and almost a second bedroom (curtains only). The unit has a large back private deck, a boat dock, a boat ramp, and a clay tennis court.
